The research on ergonomics, the application of electronic technology, the study of large-capacity rechargeable batteries, the development of fast chargers, the study of the selection of insulation structures, the study of the selection of working parameters, the study of transmission structures and the design of moldings were carried out earlier in the world. In terms of new product development, most domestic enterprises are in the stage of experience design, prototype mapping, and the new product development cycle is long, while foreign countries have realized paperless design, commonly used computer-aided design, auxiliary graphics, auxiliary manufacturing (CAM), and auxiliary tests. Low export earnings
In the fierce market competition, price competition is the most important issue. Some companies have pushed prices too low and the economic benefits that they should receive have not been obtained, which has seriously affected the development of the industry and reflected problems in foreign trade exports: First, the vast majority of export products are "brand-named production" and "neutral packaging," which are basically sample processing and do not have their own brands. Second, foreign trade companies and export product manufacturers are pushing down the price of each other and competing at low prices. Due to the declining prices of many export products, which have seriously affected the economic benefits of exporting enterprises, some companies can only maintain capital or low profits, making the industry's efficiency declining year by year; the export of electric tools is of low quality and many product quality is unstable. Most of the exported products are DIY tools and cannot be used in production lines and industries. Therefore, the export of these products cannot be sold at a good price.
