Therefore, in the application process of the special filter for the inverter, the first problem to be solved is the selection of the special filter for the inverter. During the selection process, we must make clear the following two points:

The first is whether the inverter input filter or the inverter output filter should be selected.

1, observation method. This is also the simplest way to judge, that is, remove the output line of the inverter, and then power up the inverter to allow it to work normally. At this time, let's observe whether the interference still exists. If so, the general situation The next step is to add the inverter input filter. Conversely, you need to add the inverter output filter, it may also be the inverter input filter and the inverter output filter need to add at the same time. Please note that this is a general situation and it is not 100% accurate.

2, oscilloscope method. If you have an oscilloscope on hand, you can use an oscilloscope to measure the output and output of the inverter and the waveform of the input of the interfered device. Look at the waveform where the source of the interference is, and then decide whether to use the inverter input filter or Inverter output filter.

The second is to clarify the rated voltage of the inverter.

Here, we need to know whether the inverter is a single-phase power supply or a three-phase power supply.

The third is to clarify the rated current of the inverter

Special filter of the frequency converter must pay attention to this when choosing the type, otherwise, it may be counter-productive.

The rated current of the special filter of the frequency converter must be larger than the rated current of the frequency converter. In general, the rated current of the special filter of the frequency converter is 1.2~1.5 times of the rated current of the frequency converter.

For example, a dedicated filter for 11KW inverters, and the rated current of the special filter recommended by Green Wave's inverter is 30~40A.
