Operation instructions

Before the first start

If there is any damage during shipment, especially damage to the blades, guards, or housing, do not start the smoke evacuator. If you are in doubt about any damage, you should close it immediately and contact your dealer (China Rescue Equipment Network).

General operation

1, the smoke machine can only stand upright and stable start.

2. When running at full speed on the horizontal surface, do not move the smoke evacuator. If there is any displacement, check if the rubber gasket is damaged. If necessary, replace the rubber gasket. If this does not solve the problem, immediately switch off the hood and then check if the blade rotation is balanced and contact the dealer.

3. If there is mechanical noise, vibration or other abnormal phenomena, the smoke exhauster should be turned off immediately. Except for the blades, noise and vibration of any other parts of the smoke evacuator are considered anomalies.

4. Follow the instructions on the safety label. It is forbidden to move the smoke evacuator during operation. Take the correct lifting action.

5. When using a fume hood, pay attention to the airflow direction indicator arrow on the casing. When the handles of the stacking unit are not secured to each other without Velcro fasteners, the smoke extractors must not be stacked together.

6. When using the air duct, it should be ensured that the air duct socket is securely fixed on the air duct adapter.

7, the conductive shell is best equipped with electrostatic duct. Before storing, please cool the smoke evacuator.

8. Carefully place and store it to avoid external damage.

9. After the gasoline exhauster has completed its operation, shut off the water supply and disconnect the smoke exhauster. Then disconnect the hose, tilt the hood sideways and drain the remaining water. Prior to storage, install the throttle cap on the turntable.

10. If brine or dirty water is used to power the fume extractor, flush the machine's internal water with fresh water after each use.

11. If equipped with a filter, move, inspect and clean the filter periodically. If you install the filter on the inlet carousel again, do not over-tighten it. Excessive force may damage the thread. The fixed force only needs to achieve the purpose of anti-leakage.

General

1, in order to facilitate maintenance, please do not open the smoke machine. Clean the fan regularly to remove deposited dust or particles. Use a commercially approved biodegradable wash solution before cleaning.

2. Do not use fluorocarbon-containing fluxes (eg, MEK , acetone, etc.) to fix all loose fasteners in time. Check at least once a year. Please do not over-tighten the fasteners.

3. Inspect the rubber feet on the frame to see if there is excessive wear or damage.

4. In the absence of spare parts, do not use products other than EURAMCO- supplied spare parts to replace special washers or impeller bolts. When deciding whether a replacement is available, contact the factory. Electric smoke machine

5. Do not immerse the motor or direct injection motor. Gasoline smoke exhauster

6. The fan blades must be fixed at 31N-m (275 in-lb) +-5% . The rotational torque of the screws above the engine hood should be 28N-m (250 in-lb) . Use a calibrated torque wrench and check the bolt torque at least once a year.

Check the ground connection on the fume extractor regularly to ensure that the fasteners are secure and not corroded.

Safety instructions

General

1. Exhaust gases cannot be used in explosive gases unless specifically identified. Please refer to the Appendix ATEX technical parameters to determine whether it applies. The fume extractor can only be operated or repaired by trained personnel.

2. If there is any damage especially to the blade, shield or casing, do not start the smoke evacuator.

3, please do not move the smoke machine in operation. A good mention is held.

4. Once you hear excessive mechanical noise or vibration, stop the machine immediately.

5, when the smoke machine is running, be sure to wear noise-proof headphones and protective glasses. Do not touch the blade with your fingers.

6, please keep the smoke machine clean, there must be no stones and debris. The fume hood should be placed away from children.

Electric smoke machine

1. If there is any appearance damage on the wire or plug, do not operate the smoke evacuator.

2. If the engine frame and adjacent metal are not grounded according to electrical specifications, fatal electric shock may result.

3. To reduce the risk of fire or motor, do not use any transistor speed controller, except those provided by Euramco Safety .

Gasoline smoke exhauster

1. When the fume hood is not in use, move the fuel “close valve” to the closed state. If it is not closed, it will cause oil pollution.

2. Before maintenance, please remove the spark plug wire and keep it away from the spark plug to ensure safety.

3. The exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide and other combustion by-products.

Water driven smoke exhauster

The hose adapter and hose mounting surface on the fume extractor must be clean and not corroded.

Connect the inlet connection to the correct supply hose.

Observe the inlet markings. Running exhaust smoke in the opposite direction will damage the turbine. When operating in potentially explosive atmospheres, use a grounding device.

Guarantee

1. From the date of purchase, if the company confirms normal use, except for the engine and wear parts, the problems caused by the materials and production process can be granted RAMFAN turbo exhaust machine warranty for one year. Gasoline and electric engines are maintained by their respective manufacturers. Wear accessories include rubber mats, fasteners, handles, casters, and paint and are not covered by the warranty. Smoke exhauster impeller and metal casing (except plastic casing), due to problems caused by materials and production processes, can be guaranteed for five years. Parts need to be in contact with salt water for one year from the date of purchase. Due to the special use of the air duct, no warranty is given.

2. Before starting for the first time: Please remove the spark plug wire on the spark plug. Slowly push the recoil pull starter to hear the sound between the blade and the shield. repeat. If you hear a rub, turn off and contact your dealer.

3, adjust the positioning angle, so that the engine is in a balanced position. Refueling tank and gearbox (if applicable) (Refer to engine manual)

4. Add gasoline to the fuel tank (refer to engine manual) instead of spark plug wire.

5. Adjust the throttle valve to achieve the required air volume for the structure.

6. If the engine is not operating on a horizontal surface or the positioning angle is beyond the allowable range, the engine marked “Oil Alarm” may not operate normally.

Pneumatic smoke machine

1. Lubricate the automatic gas lubricator. The engine must be lubricated,

2. The dehumidifier and filter must be installed in the intake pipe in front of the motor supply pipe.

Electric smoke machine

1. Use a retractable wire of suitable size to withstand the current load value (see signage data).

2. Failure to use an appropriately sized wire may result in fire, electric shock, or damage to the machine.

3. Before connecting to the power supply, make sure the switch is in the "off" state. To protect users, some units need to be equipped with thermal overload protectors and automatic reset. Once the protector trips, the motor will restart without warning. If the motor thermal overload protector trips, disconnect the machine immediately and check the cause.

Variable speed smoke machine

1. Use the IntelliSenseTM controller to get the desired airflow speed. The unit can be turned on or off at any speed setting. Power can be supplied to the unit through the GFCI export. The speed control is spray-proof, but it is not waterproof.

Venturi pipe exhauster

1. Please operate on compressed air or saturated steam line limited to 100PSI .

2. Due to the strong reaction force, be sure to confirm the unit's position and secure the unit before opening the gas source.

3. There is no debris or solid matter in the area.

4. When there is combustible gas, flammable vapor or dust in the area where this product is used, place it properly on the ground to prevent electrostatic discharge. Please do not drag the aluminum base of this product, otherwise it will leave smudges. A darker stain can cause burning sparks if it collides with something.

Water driven smoke exhauster

1. Imports and export takeovers use only tested and certified hoses.

2. Connect the inlet and outlet ports to the hood. Two hoses are used at the same time to provide the straightest possible circulation path.

3. Do not clamp or restrict the hose of the smoke exhauster, otherwise it will cause damage to the turbine.

4, the maximum pressure is 250PSI .

5. Visually inspect the hose for leaks or excessive tension. If leakage of water is detrimental to the surrounding environment, leaks should be controlled.
