Structural features of the acoustic door

The structure of the soundproof door frame is basically the same as that of the wall and the soundproof board used for the top. The whole door is made of double magnetic sound pad or through the corresponding sealing strip to achieve sound tightness.

Bottom closed compression design: Closed compression design at the bottom of the soundproof door. This closed compression design uses the top hinge adjustment screw to move the entire door vertically in the door frame for adjustment. The minimum acceptable standard for acoustic paneling of doors is the test standard for STC47 in accordance with ASTM E90 and ASTM E413.

Sound insulation observation window: double-sided tempered glass is installed, the glass thickness is at least 10mm, and the gap around the glass is sealed by a synthetic rubber gasket. The distance between the double glazing is 60mm. A galvanized cold-tempered embossed panel is used to isolate the sound absorbing frame in its interlayer.

It conforms to the national standard GB/T16403-1996 "Pure tone air conduction and bone conduction hearing threshold basic audiometry" standard.

Applications:Antioxidant 697 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant and metal deactivator. It protects polymers against oxidative degradation and metal catalyzed degradation during processing and in end- use applications. This antioxidant also provides long term thermal stabilization properties. This phenolic antioxidant is an excellent,non-discoloring, non-staining antioxidant and thermal stabilizer with outstanding metal deactivation properties. Typical end use applications include wire and cable insulation,film and sheet manufacture as well as automotive parts. Antioxidant 697 will stabilize polypropylene, polyethylene,polystyrene,polyester, EPDM,EVA and ABS.Low volatility, strong synergistic effect with phosphites,other phenols and thioesters,non-staining and non-discoloring, FDA approved for adhesives and polymers.This product has the characteristics of low volatility and no coloring of products. With thiopropanoic acid lipids, phosphoric acid lipids, has a good synergistic effect.Antioxidant 697 has the function of inhibiting the functions of phenol and Lauronamide, so that the product has the dual function of antioxidant and metal reductant.
