(16) During the operation, we should observe the pumping equipment and piping and find the hidden danger should be dealt with promptly. Wear more than the provisions of the pipe, clamps, seals, etc. should be promptly replaced. (17) Plumbing should be prevented. Pumping concrete should be mixed evenly to control the slump; in the pumping process, stop the pump can not stop. (18) Various meters and indicators should be monitored at any time, and any abnormalities should be promptly adjusted or dealt with. When there is blockage of the delivery pipe, anti-pump operation should be carried out to return the concrete to the hopper. (19) After the operation, all the concrete in the hopper and in the pipeline should be exported, and then the pumps, hoppers and pipes should be flushed.
