In the crank pin device of CYJY14-5.5-89HF pumping unit produced by our factory, the two deep holes on the bearing box parts are φ42mm×320mm, as shown in Figure 1. Due to the large size of the parts, the two holes are deep and have high parallelism requirements, the processing is difficult. To this end, we have designed a set of fixtures as shown in Figure 2, which can be used for both boring and drilling.
