The equipment constructed with this technology has been put into operation in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The device can achieve intensive production of rural clean energy at low cost, reduce carbon dioxide and soot emissions, and provide technical guarantee for changing rural energy structure.
According to reports, the device achieves the goal of low-input, high-efficiency production of high calorific value biogas (methane content 70%-80%), and the bio-energy conversion rate of straw is as high as 80%, which is innovative. The production process of the device is safe and reliable, and does not generate waste liquid, waste residue, or pollute the environment, and has high automation degree and simple operation.
