Alternative bearing bimetal composites were introduced in Ganzhou

An ultra-thin bimetallic wear-resistant composite material with a thickness of only 0.8 mm that is used exclusively for electrical equipment manufacturers to replace bearings has recently been introduced at the Zhangzhou Hongtai Metal Composites Factory. Tested by the National Machinery Products Quality Inspection Center, the indicators have reached the standards of similar foreign products and can replace imported products. The bimetal composite material is made of high-temperature sintering of copper powder coated on the surface of the steel plate. It is mainly applied to hydraulic pump side plates of construction machinery, air-conditioning compressors on automobiles, ships and aircrafts, and self-lubricating shaft sleeves for household appliances and motorcycles. The factory changed the single-sided cementing of the original material to double-sided sintering, achieving double-sided wear resistance of bimetal composite materials, and applying a new process of surface grinding points to solve the problem of low wear resistance. This process belongs to domestic counterparts. Originality.
