3. **Gearbox Maintenance at the Head of the Line**: After the first three months of use, drain all the oil from the gearbox, clean it with gasoline or diesel, and then refill it with new lubricant up to the middle of the observation window. This should be done annually. Be cautious not to overfill, as excess oil can cause overheating and increase motor load. Too little oil can result in noise and reduced performance. Always ensure the oil level stays within the recommended range.

In addition to hardware maintenance, proper training and regular operation by the workers are equally important. A well-designed assembly line layout should ensure the shortest possible transportation route for parts, ease of operation for workers, convenient access for support departments, and optimal use of the production area.
