To express our gratitude to both old and new customers for their continued support, we're here to share with you the seven key characteristics of Keshun's caster structure. This will help you better understand our products and make more informed choices:
Feature 1: Steering Center Distance – This refers to the horizontal distance from the vertical line of the center rivet to the center of the wheel. A well-designed steering center distance ensures smooth and precise movement.
Feature 2: Installation Height – This is the vertical distance from the ground to the installation point of the caster. It plays a crucial role in determining how the caster interacts with the floor surface and the overall stability of the equipment.
Feature 3: Turning Radius – The turning radius is the horizontal distance from the vertical line of the center rivet to the outer edge of the tire. A properly designed turning radius allows the caster to make full 360-degree turns, which directly impacts its performance and longevity.
Feature 4: Steering Ability – Hard and narrow wheels are generally easier to steer than soft and wide ones. However, a too small turning radius can increase steering difficulty, while oversized wheels may cause instability and reduce the caster’s lifespan.
Feature 5: Load Capacity – When the caster is in motion, it must support the weight of the equipment. Dynamic load capacity varies depending on the testing method and the material of the wheel. The strength and quality of the bracket also play a vital role in handling shocks and vibrations.
Feature 6: Maneuverability – Several factors influence the caster’s flexibility, including the bracket design, wheel size, type, and bearing quality. Larger wheels tend to offer better mobility, while narrower or softer wheels may be more suitable for uneven surfaces, providing better protection for your equipment.
Feature 7: Impact Load – This is the temporary load the caster can handle when the equipment experiences sudden impacts or vibrations. Static load refers to the weight the caster can support when stationary. Typically, static load should be 5–6 times the dynamic load and at least twice the impact load to ensure long-term durability.
In addition to these features, our company also produces Forma casters and adjustable casters that offer enhanced versatility. With years of continuous technological improvements, we have developed a wide range of high-quality products that serve a large and loyal customer base. We value every customer’s trust and look forward to working with more friends in the future!
Simple installation, different lamps can be equipped, and the number of lamps can be increased or decreased freely. When there is no limit to the number of lamps installed on the track, it can theoretically not exceed the wattage of the transformer power supply.
