"Photovoltaic power intelligent monitoring system" research project passed the acceptance

Recently, the Hydropower and Water Resources Planning and Design Institute hosted the “Photovoltaic Power Generation Intelligent Monitoring System” scientific research project acceptance meeting in Beijing. It is reported that the “Photovoltaic Power Intelligent Monitoring System” was established in 2013 by the Hydropower General Hospital, including the Hydropower General Hospital, the Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Mulian Energy Software Co., Ltd. and China Power Construction Group Northwest Survey and Design Institute. The company cooperates with scientific research projects based on the principle of “joint investment, mutual benefit, and intellectual property sharing”.

The research team combined with the actual operation of the photovoltaic power generation system and the operation and management requirements of the power station, researched and developed the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring system products, realized the intelligent monitoring of the photovoltaic power station equipment, and improved the working efficiency and level of the photovoltaic power generation system management.

The project achieved the following research results:

(1) Summarizing the current situation and existing problems of the operation and management of photovoltaic power plants in China, combined with the construction and operation requirements of photovoltaic power plants, the intelligent integrated solution for photovoltaic power plants was proposed for the first time, and the typical design scheme of the intelligent monitoring system for photovoltaic power generation was completed.

(2) Completing the research and development of the intelligent power generation monitoring system for photovoltaic power generation, realizing data acquisition and real-time monitoring of equipment such as solar photovoltaic power plant combiner box, inverter, box change, step-up transformer and environmental monitor, and collecting The intelligent analysis and processing of the data realizes the intelligent, refined centralized control and management of the power station equipment.

(3) The intelligent monitoring system for photovoltaic power generation adopts hierarchical distributed structure and modular design to realize the collection, storage, analysis and processing of massive data, taking into account the photovoltaic power plants of different scales, improving the real-time performance and stability of the system. Scalability.

(4) The system can carry out intelligent and programmatic control according to the operating state of the equipment, grid-connected conditions and weather conditions, and realize a closed-loop system for remote fault judgment, processing and feedback of equipment. Improve the reliability and safety of photovoltaic power plant operation through standardization, process and one-button operation.

(V) Intelligent monitoring system integrates intelligent monitoring system, intelligent information management system, optical power forecasting system and video surveillance system into “integrated platform for photovoltaic power station” according to the idea of ​​“one library and one platform”, effectively integrating The resources have reduced the repeated investment of equipment and realized the scientific management of photovoltaic power stations.

The research results of this project have been successfully applied in Ningxia Zhongwei 18th Photovoltaic Power Station. The system has stable performance and good operation, meets the dispatching management requirements of the power grid dispatching system for the power station, meets the needs of the owner for power station operation and information management, and has extensive promotion value.

After receiving the report of the research group and reviewing the relevant technical reports and materials, the acceptance expert group conducted a serious discussion and deliberation on the research results. The expert group believes that the project results are at the domestic leading technology level, with high social and economic benefits and broad application prospects. The acceptance experts unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance of the project, and at the same time recommended to strengthen the marketing of research results, and further improve the results in combination with market promotion and industrial development.
