In 2014, it signed a contract to introduce Huajing Superhard Materials Industrial Base Project and Henan University of Technology Xiangyang Campus Project, with a total investment of 3.266 billion yuan;
Fourth, the basic design project was fully started. The basic design projects such as park roads, water supply plants, sewage treatment plants, substations, and pipe networks were steadily advanced, and the relocation of Beichulou Village was completed;
Fifth, the intensive agglomeration innovation environment was continuously optimized, successfully declared as the national patent navigation industry development experimental zone, built China's super hard material integrity cloud platform, set up an academician workstation, and successfully issued corporate bonds of 800 million yuan.
In 2015, the park will further improve five things to further promote the construction and development of new material agglomeration areas:
First, we will continue to expand the scale of the industry and ensure that 9 projects including Baige, Yucheng, Dongfang and Siwei Special Materials will be completed and put into operation. Eight projects including Huajing, Jinlei and Hite will be fully started to ensure the annual fixed assets investment of 3 billion yuan will be completed;
The second is the high-standard positioning and selection of merchants, the introduction of 1 to 2 industry top 10 enterprises, with leading role in the park to enter the park, and strive to introduce 3 to 5 industries top 20, influential super-hard materials or products project Entering the park;
The third is to strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the park planning system, comprehensively promote the construction of municipal supporting facilities, and fully serve the project. The annual planned construction of 8 roads totals 14.5 kilometers, and the water supply plant, sewage plant, drainage works, power transmission and transformation projects are completed and put into operation;
The fourth is to further optimize the environment, give full play to the role of expert alliances, comprehensively promote the construction of the patent navigation experimental zone, and prepare to build the Zhengzhou Superhard Materials Technology Research Institute. Gradually improve the scientific and technological innovation system combining "production, study and research", lead the intensive, agglomeration and clustering of new materials industry, and promote the high-end, high-quality and efficient development of the park;
The fifth is to plan to launch the “five centersâ€, namely the national superhard materials and abrasives trading center, R&D center, testing center, administrative center and financial center, and move towards a new competitive material base in the country.
