Hao Ningda cooperates with Stanford to develop aluminum ion battery

Hao Ningda announced on Wednesday evening that the company’s controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Bo Leida New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Stanford University signed a cooperation agreement on aluminum-ion battery project on April 15, 2015. The agreement entered into force on June 1, 2015 and the project lasts for three years.

According to the agreement, the research project is a "high-performance aluminum battery development" project. This research project will provide commercial value for the large-scale promotion of aluminum batteries in the field of EV (new energy electric vehicles) through further exploration and improvement of aluminum batteries. The cooperation method will provide research costs for Boreda. Stanford will do its utmost to conduct research on this project and support the design, assembly and testing of the aluminum capacitor battery used in the automotive field.

According to the announcement, the agreement will have a positive impact on the company's entry into the new energy industry. The performance of the agreement has no significant impact on the company's 2015 operating results.
