The stone needs to be solid, uniform in color, free of cracks, metamorphism, waterless lines or pollution, no warping on the surface, no blisters. . The tiles are free from defects, falling sand, holes, corners, cracks, etc., and the surface is square and the color is consistent. Adhesive materials, dry hanging accessories should meet the design requirements, carbon steel fittings need to be rust-proof. The base layer needs to be solid, clean, and of the correct size.

2, depends on the quality of construction

It is required that the surface of the veneer layer should be smooth and clean, the texture is clear, the color is uniform and uniform, no warp is warped, and the hollow drum is pasted; the gap between the veneer blocks is uniform, the filling is dense, straight, and the color is consistent; the special part brick The block pressure is correct, the non-whole bricks are used properly, and the arrangement is straight; the protrusions are applied by the whole plate, the edges are consistent, neat and smooth, and the protruding thickness is uniform.

The reserved hole size is correct and the edge is neat; the water flow slope is correct, the drip line is straight; when the corner angle is 45°, the angle is correct and the line is straight. The surface flatness error of the 2m ruler is less than 2 mm, the vertical error of the façade is less than 2 mm, the height deviation of the joint is less than 0.5 mm, and the flatness of the upper wall skirt is less than 2 mm.

3. Identify and resolve quality defects in a timely manner

After the construction of the wall tile, the following quality defects are likely to occur, and it is necessary to carefully observe and supervise the construction personnel to solve it in time.

(1) Color change. Mainly due to poor tile quality, glazed surface and improper construction methods. Tiles should be carefully selected during construction, and clean water should be used to soak the tiles. Pure cement mortar should be used for the cement slurry to be applied. The mortar remaining on the brick surface should be cleaned at any time during operation. If the color difference is large, the tile should be replaced.

(2) The empty drum is detached. Mainly because the bonding material is not full, the brick is not soaked and the base layer is not clean. When the empty drum is produced, the wall brick should be removed for repair, the original bonding mortar should be shoveled, and the cement mortar added with the total volume of 3% qualified rubber should be repaired.

(3) The seam is not straight. Mainly due to differences in brick specifications and improper construction, such as seams exceeding the allowable error, it is necessary to remove the wall tiles in time and rework.
