Zhongfu Aluminum Company's 320KA Series Purifying and Conveying System Energy Saving and Successfully Transformed

On April 22nd, the 320KA series purification and transportation system energy-saving renovation project of Zhongfu Aluminum Company was successfully commissioned. After the transformation, the alumina transport capacity of each line is ≥ 35t/h, and the material consumption per hour can reduce the power consumption of the 200-degree air compressor. The company has taken another solid step in the overall reduction of power consumption.

The project was developed by Zhongfu Aluminum Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Aluminum Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd. The purpose of reducing energy consumption is to increase the amount of alumina delivered per unit time by changing the transportation method. Zhongfu Aluminium Company established two 120m3 silos and corresponding feed and exhaust devices on the basis of the pressure tanks that retain the original system, and set up short-circuit ports at the ash hoppers. Alumina enters the ultra-dense phase conveying system through the short-circuiting port. Under the action of the air supply fan, the chute conveys the alumina under the fresh alumina silo, and then the alumina is lifted to fresh through the configured Roots blower and airlifter. warehouse.
