High-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment to increase industrialization level

During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, “High-end CNC Machine Tools” had a total of 268 projects, with a total funding of more than RMB 9 billion and more than 10,000 R&D personnel. Among them, 82% of the projects led by enterprises and 88% of central government investment reflect the main position of technological innovation. Among them, the development of major manufacturing equipment represented by the top ten iconic devices has made rapid progress, and most of them have been delivered to users. It has played an important role in stimulating and supporting the equipment manufacturing industry in response to the impact of the international financial crisis and achieving steady and rapid development. For example, the world's largest 10-meter CNC bridge-type gantry five-axis linkage turning and milling machine tool developed by Beijing No. 1 Machine Tool Plant can complete the processing of key components of nuclear islands of large nuclear power plants. Jinan No. 2 Machine Tool Group developed a 6400-ton large-scale fast and efficient CNC automatic stamping production line for Shanghai General Motors Yantai Dongyue Automobile and Chery Automobile, which can meet the production needs of large-scale stamping and covering parts for domestic automobile enterprises. Wuhan Heavy Duty Machine Tool Group is the world's largest ultra-heavy-duty CNC horizontal boring lathe with a weight of 500 tons. It has broken through a number of key core technologies and reached the international advanced level. In the aspect of numerical control system, a multi-axis multi-channel, high-speed numerical control device with three kinds of bus interfaces has been developed. At present, Huazhong CNC and other units have completed 50 sets of open all-digital high-end numerical control devices.
Good progress has also been made in the research and development of common technologies undertaken by institutions of higher learning and research institutes. Jilin University has formulated 7 technical specifications for CNC machine tools and developed 6 sets of reliability test and test benches. Chongqing University put forward the concept of “reliability-driven assembly process” and applied it to the assembly site.
The "high-end CNC machine tools" specializes in the work of intellectual property rights, and each undertaking unit will obtain independent intellectual property rights as its main pursuit goal. As of November 2010, it has applied for a total of 1001 patents, including 654 domestic invention patents and 5 international invention patents. 58 projects have been completed, including 12 national standards, and participated in the formulation of 2 international standards. More than 50% of the company-led projects have established relevant corporate standards. Exceeded the target of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
The successful implementation of “High-end CNC Machine Tool Special” has accelerated the development speed of high-end products of key enterprises in the industry. During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, China's machine tool industry continued to develop rapidly and steadily, and its output value and output doubled, ranking first in the world. The numerical control rate of domestic machine tools and the domestic market share increased significantly. Among them, the numerical control rate of domestic machine tools increased from 35.5% at the end of the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" to 51.9% at the end of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", and the domestic market share increased from 26.4% at the end of the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" to the end of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". 56.7%.
