(1) Feeding situation
8 groups of formulas, the basic formula of each group of bait is the same, just add different attractants, which are betaine, allicin, fetal powder, a mixture of taurine and glycine, a mixture of betaine and fetal powder, garlic A mixture of vegetarian and mussel powder and mullet viscera powder, and a control group (no attractant added). The juveniles with an average body weight of 1.19 g were divided into 8 groups, and the above 8 kinds of feeds were fed respectively, and the feeding amount was 1.5% of the body weight, respectively, and the shrimps were observed to take food within 1 hour. RESULTS: The prawn had the best feeding condition for the mussel powder. In 20 minutes, all the bait was eaten and the stomach was full of food. It is said that the addition of mussel powder has the best effect.
(2) The situation of attracting
The "Y" type transparent water tank is used, which is composed of a main tank and two dividing tanks, and a baffle is arranged at the junction of the dividing tank and the main tank. Put the prawns in the main tank, put the same amount of bait-containing bait and control bait in the two sub-tanks, remove the baffle after 5 minutes, start timing, record the total number of prawns entering each slot, continue to record 20 Minutes, the results are basically consistent with the results of the feeding situation.
(III) Growth situation
The feed rate of mussel meal was the highest, which was 15.41~16.32%. The second was the addition of mullet meal, which indicated that mussel powder had the strongest effect on the shrimp. From the point of view of weight gain rate, the highest is also added mussel powder group, which is 56.1~60.89%. It shows that the addition of mussel powder makes the nutrient composition of compound feed more balanced and closer to the physiological needs of shrimp.
