The use and maintenance of the non-adjustable master cam controller:
1. The master controller is fixed with a mounting screw, then the handle is forced down and the self-locking device is automatically disengaged, so that the handle can be operated.
2. In accordance with the contact element assembly procedure, operate the controller one by one, and observe whether the contact separation is consistent with the contact separation procedure. If there is any discrepancy, the cam should be adjusted or replaced.
3. Before the power is turned on, check whether the connection of the motor and the resistor to the electrical system is correct and the grounding is reliable.
4. After the power is turned on, check the operation of the motor carefully. If there is any difference, cut off the power immediately. Do not power on until the cause is found out.
5. The master controller should always check the maintenance according to the following requirements:
a. All screw connection parts must be fastened, especially the contact wiring screws;
b, friction should always maintain a certain degree of lubrication;
c, the contact surface should be no obvious melting spot, the melting of the site can be carefully repaired with a thin file, do not allow the use of sandpaper;
6. Replace damaged parts promptly.
