The bonnet comes with a screw. When the water depth is shallow, it can be directly operated by the handle; the valve plate is tapered and arched, with its own guiding, and the opening operation force is small; the screw and sealing surface are made of tin bronze, which is resistant to corrosion and wear. It can be used with the flashlight dual-purpose hoist for microcomputer control.
Diaphragm hydraulic and pneumatic quick opening mud valves generally have two types: hydraulic mud valve and pneumatic angle mud valve. The main feature of the valve is the replacement of the piston type with a double-chamber diaphragm transmission mechanism, without motion wear. The mud discharge valve is composed of a hydraulic cylinder and an angle cut-off valve. The power in the hydraulic cylinder drives the flap to move up and down, so that the valve body passage is opened or closed to achieve fluid continuity.
The piston seal of the hydraulic cylinder is an L-shaped bowl. The disc and seat are soft sealed. The mud discharge valve is controlled by hydraulic, pneumatic angle quick opening mud valve or manual two-position four-way reversing valve.
