2) The thickness of the main force part of the steel section shall not be less than 3.0mm.
3) For the eccentrically pressed column, the aspect ratio of the section should conform to the corresponding provisions of Article 6.2.1 of JGJ102-2003 "Technical Specifications for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering".
Sealing material
The glass and the glass are sealed by a weather-resistant silicone rubber, and the glass and the metal structure are bonded by a structural silicone glue. In the construction of point-type glass technology, the sealant only acts as a seal and does not have to be calculated for strength. The compatibility test of the glue and the contact material must be carried out before use, the performance test is qualified, and it is used within the validity period, and the operation rules are strictly observed to ensure the construction quality.
Glass condition
1 Glass curtain wall should adopt curtain wall glass with reflection ratio of not more than 0.30. For glass curtain wall with lighting function requirements, the lighting reduction factor should not be lower than 0.20.
2 The frame supports the glass curtain wall, and safety glass should be used.
The panel glass supporting the glass curtain wall at 3 points should be made of tempered glass.
4 Glass-ribbed supported point-supported glass curtain wall, the glass ribs should be made of tempered glass.
5 Personnel with high mobile density, public places for adolescents or young children, and all the places that are vulnerable to impact during use, the glass curtain wall should be made of safety glass; obvious warning signs should be set for the parts that are vulnerable to impact during use.
Size requirements
The building should be in accordance with the provisions of GBJ12-86 "Construction Modulus Coordination Standard", the horizontal expansion modulus of the building curtain wall will increase from 900mm to the maximum size of 6000mm from 900mm. Its vertical expansion modulus increases from 1700mm to a maximum size of 6000mm from 2700mm. If the project needs to cross the above dimensions, it can be studied separately with the manufacturer.
