According to fire rating
Fireproof glass is a special type of glass that maintains its integrity and thermal insulation in the specified fire test. It is classified into three categories according to the fire resistance rating:
Class A
Fireproof glass that meets both fire integrity and fire and heat insulation requirements. Including composite fire-resistant glass and infusion-type fireproof glass. This kind of glass has light transmission, fireproof (smoke, fire, and heat radiation), sound insulation and impact resistance. It is suitable for building decorative steel fire doors, windows, upper bright, partition walls, lighting roof, and smoke blocking. Walls, perspective floors, and other building components that require both transparency and fire protection.
Class B
Marine fireproof glass, including porthole fireproof glass and rectangular window fireproof glass, the outer surface glass plate is tempered safety glass, and the inner surface glass plate material type can be arbitrarily selected.
Class C
A single piece of fire resistant glass that meets fire integrity requirements only. Such glass has the characteristics of light transmission, fire prevention, smoke separation and high strength. Suitable for fireproof glass partition walls, fire windows, outdoor curtain walls, etc. without insulation requirements.
By structure type
It is divided into fireproof laminated glass, thin coated fireproof glass, single piece fireproof glass and fireproof wired glass. The fire-retardant laminated glass can be divided into composite fireproof glass and fireproof glass according to the production process characteristics.
According to the fire resistance limit
According to the fire resistance limit, there are 5 grades: 0.5h, 1.00h, 1.50h, 2.00h, 3.00h.
According to fire resistance
Insulated fireproof glass (type A) and non-insulated fireproof glass (type C).
By structure
The fireproof glass is divided into composite fireproof glass (infusion type and composite type, the heat insulation performance of the grouting fireproof glass is good, the fireproof performance of the composite fireproof glass is good.) and the single piece fireproof glass.
Composite fireproof glass:
It is composed of two or more layers of glass original sheets and one or more layers of water-soluble inorganic fireproof rubber interlayer.
Single piece fireproof glass:
The single piece fireproof glass is a fireproof glass of single layer glass construction. Maintain fire-resistant integrity, block open flames and toxic and harmful gases in a certain period of time, but do not have the function of insulation and heat insulation.
Applicable to exterior wall, outdoor window, lighting roof, smoke blocking wall, fireproof glass frameless door, and partition wall without insulation requirements.
Rubber Sheet
