Wang Min expresses his views on superior mineral management

On the 11th of this month, the Joint Inspection of Rare Earth Development and Supervision Joint Inspection Summary and Analysis Report on the Implementation of Rare Earth Tungsten and Cerium Indicators, Wang Min, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Land and Resources and Director of China Geological Survey Bureau stated that management of rare earths and other advantageous minerals should be consolidated. Wang Min emphasized that the country has special protection for special mining species such as rare earths as a protective mineral, which is of great strategic significance. For the management of rare earths and other advantageous minerals, the next step is to consolidate existing measures and conscientiously study the measures for the cure of this problem. In accordance with the party's *** spirit and scientific development concept, we must give full play to the role of the market mechanism, adjust and straighten out the relations of interest, explore and determine market entities, plan total control, basic balance of production and storage, and implement the responsibility for restoration and management of mine ecological environment.
