In general, the explosion-proof oil heater consists of a fluid electric heater, a heat-conducting oil pump, pipeline connection accessories, a physical quantity sensor, and an automatic heating and cooling device. The system mainly uses heat medium, heat transfer oil (or water), and heat transfer medium. Indirect heating or equipment, and the use of oil pump to heat the heat cycle of the heating medium, so as to achieve the heating temperature to reach production demand, is an ideal upgrade of ordinary boilers.
For explosion-proof heat-conducting oil electric heaters, the heat is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the heat-conducting oil. The heat-conducting oil is used as a medium, and the circulation pump is used to force the heat-conducting oil to perform liquid-phase circulation and transfer the heat to one or more kinds. After the hot equipment is used to unload the equipment, it is circulated back to the heater through the circulating pump, and then the heat is absorbed and passed to the thermal equipment. This is repeated so that the heat is transferred continuously and the temperature of the heated object is increased to achieve heating. The process requirements.
