The power pulse welding pulse welding stainless steel has a large splash in the arcing stage. The welding process has less splash and softer sound. The following improvements have been made:

Double-pulse welding double-pulse welding stainless steel has a large splash in the arcing stage. The welding process has less splash and soft and uniform sound. A coordinated pulsating wire is superimposed on the basis of the power pulse.

The low energy zone is established by one pulse and one drop, and the welding energy is low, forming a multi-pulse. The high energy zone forms a plurality of droplets due to the high welding energy. In order to reduce welding spatter and weld forming, to ensure one pulse and one drop, it is necessary to ensure the matching of pulse current and pulse time. For example: wire, gas composition, in certain cases to ensure that the wire produces a droplet, it requires precise energy to control it, the energy is too large to produce multiple droplets, and the energy is too small to produce a droplet.

Due to the narrowness of the area, the operator adjustment is very troublesome. Generally, the pulse width and the pulse amplitude are constant, and pulse frequency modulation (such as the left figure) is used, that is, the pulse frequency is changed to adjust the average welding current.

Low-frequency pulse welding parameters set the low-frequency pulse waveform can be set: pulse current, pulse time, base current, base time and other parameters.
Superimposed pulse waveform: The welder automatically adjusts the pulse frequency, amplitude and time according to the average current set by the user.

Double-pulse welding (DPMIG/MAG) of various materials such as welded steel, aluminum and stainless steel is a high-quality and efficient welding process. It consists of two kinds of pulses: a high frequency pulse superimposes a low frequency pulse. The high frequency pulse controls the droplet transfer, and the low frequency pulse controls the bath formation. In order to ensure the ideal welding quality, a pulse of high frequency pulse forms a droplet to reduce spatter and ensure solder formation. Due to the periodic variation of the average welding current, the low-frequency pulse causes the weld pool to be strongly agitated. When the molten pool gas is fully overflowed and the porosity is lowered, the weld grain is also refined, and the crack tendency is reduced.

Welding expert program welding expert program: Select the welding wire material, wire diameter, gas composition, presence or absence of pulse and other information to find the welding expert program number through the attached table. The welding machine automatically adjusts the corresponding external characteristics, dynamic parameters and other parameters to meet the welding requirements.
System upgrade: (Never behind the welder) In the future, encounter new materials, new processes, only need to upgrade the software of the welder to meet the needs. Our company has developed an IC expert program card. At present, the development of the SD card has basically ended, and the SD card is used to upgrade the welder. Optional monitoring software, print welding curves, etc.

The external characteristics of the combined power supply are not based on the traditional constant voltage or constant current characteristics, and the combined step characteristics are adopted: the initial stage of arcing is to ensure high voltage and small current (B point) for reliable arcing;
In order to prevent the splash from being too large, the medium voltage micro current is used to maintain the arc combustion (BC segment). Constant current characteristics (DE segment) are used when precise control of pulse energy is required. Use a small current to maintain arc combustion (point C) when it is necessary to maintain the arc. Constant current characteristics (FG section) are used when the positive and negative poles of the welder are short-circuited to prevent the output current from being too large to damage the welder.

The current adjustment range is wider? 0.8mm plate thickness / ?0.8mm carbon steel wire / 36A / welding under CO2 conditions. The current regulation range determines the applicable range of the device. The larger the current regulation range, the larger the applicable range of the product. Due to the pulsed welding method of the all-digital inverter welding machine, the lower limit of the welding current is greatly reduced.

The parameter performance current range, efficiency, power factor, protection level, wire feed speed, etc. are beyond the ordinary inverter welder.
