YM-GHX-V Photochemical Reactor Maintenance Checklist
1. Before starting the reaction, check all inlet valves from Kawaguchi to ensure they are properly opened for Af Chuanchuan. If any issues are found, address them immediately to avoid operational delays or safety hazards.
2. Inspect the flange connections of the reactor vessel and its base to ensure they are tight and secure. Confirm that all safety mechanisms, including pJ (pressure joints), are in place and functioning correctly.
3. Verify the condition of all safety devices such as safety valves, explosion membranes, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and other critical components. Ensure that safety valves and pressure gauges have been calibrated and are within their valid periods. Check that the seals are intact, and the red line on the pressure gauge is clearly marked and not displaced.
4. Examine the reactor body for any signs of damage, such as cracks, deformations, bulges, corrosion, or leaks. Ensure that the insulation, paint, and protective coatings are intact and not peeling off or burned.
5. Check for oil leaks in the gear reducer and inspect the shaft seal for wear or damage. Confirm that the oil pump is operating properly, check the oil level, and monitor any changes in the viscosity of the oil. Ensure the reactor is properly sealed and add or replace the oil if necessary.
6. Monitor the speed of the gear reducer and motor to ensure they are operating normally. Check the temperature of the reducer, motor, and machine base—normal temperatures should be within acceptable ranges. Keep the mixing shaft clean and visually inspect it for any signs of wear. Ensure that the Liuyuan nut is tightly fastened and confirm the rotation direction of the stirring shaft. It must rotate clockwise only; reversing is strictly prohibited.
7. Inspect all accessories inside the reactor, such as the agitator, and ensure they are in good working condition. Tighten any loose bolts regularly to prevent loosening during operation.
8. Listen for any unusual vibrations or noises during the reaction process. If any abnormal sounds are detected, stop the operation immediately and investigate the cause.
9. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Maintain a clean environment to prevent contamination and ensure safe operation.
