Failure inspection and handling When the power switch is turned on, the digital display on the control box is off. Please check the power connection and all fuses. If the fuse is damaged, replace the new fuse with the amperage marked next to the fuse holder.

2. If the power switch is turned on, the digital display is on, the high-voltage display green light is off, and no high voltage is applied.

(1) Fault display The “Zero Return” light does not return to the zero position. Turn the high voltage output adjustment knob and the fine adjustment knob counterclockwise back to the zero position and turn the “Zero Return” indicator off.

(2) Fault display The “other” light is illuminated with two phenomena: ground protection, and disconnection protection.

a. The ground wire may not be connected properly, or the ground wire may not be reliably grounded. Please connect a reliable ground wire, turn off the power, and restart. b. It may be that the cable connecting the control box and the high voltage tower is not connected properly. After connecting the cable, turn off the power and restart it. This fault may occur when the welding heads at both ends of the cable are unsealed. Please solder the welding heads at both ends of the cable, turn off the power, and restart.

c. It is possible to disconnect the wire in one end of the control box. Please re-weld, turn off the power and restart.

3. Everything is OK, but it is protected in the process of not rising to the rated output voltage.

(1) Fault display "Overflow" light a. The test product is short circuited or the leakage current is too large. b. When the load is large, the voltage boost is too fast, the power is turned off, and the power is restarted, which slows down the boosting speed. (2) Fault display "Overvoltage" lamp over voltage protection setting knob is not at the maximum position, please rotate clockwise to the maximum position, turn off the power and restart.

4. When a short circuit occurs under high voltage of the test sample, all the fault indicator lights may be lit due to the large short-circuit current. This is normal, please restart the test product after troubleshooting.

5. After troubleshooting of the test sample, the fault indicator light is still on, and no high pressure can be applied. Power switch and fault protection reset switch, please turn off the power, restart, you can boost.

6. If the voltage fluctuation of the voltmeter is found to be too large, please check whether the shielded junction of the 7-pin connector of the two air plugs of the connecting cable is disconnected. If it is disconnected, please weld it well.
