Sanitary ware installation engineering construction process

First, indoor water supply and drainage

The galvanized steel pipe shall be connected by screws, and the surface of the damaged galvanized layer and the exposed part of the pipe thread shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment. Oxygen welding of copper pipe joints, preferably 2 to 5 ‰ slope slope to the discharge water supply pipe should have 2 ‰ ~ 5 坡 slope slope to the water discharge device; water supply riser and equipped with 3 or 3 The starting ends of the branch pipes of more than one water distribution point shall be detachable connectors.

Valves on the pipeline: the pipe diameter is less than or equal to 50mm, and the shut-off valve should be adopted; if the pipe diameter is greater than 50mm, the gate valve should be adopted. The drinking water pipeline should be filled with water containing 20-30 mg of free chlorine per liter of water before use, and the chlorine-containing water should be kept in the tube for more than 24 hours.

The connection between the horizontal pipe and the horizontal pipe, the horizontal pipe and the vertical pipe of the drain pipe shall be 45° angle four-way and 90° angle oblique three-way or 90° angle oblique four-way. The connection between the riser and the end of the discharge pipe should preferably use two 45° angle bends or a 90° angle bend with a bend radius of not less than 4 pipe diameters.

The inspection port of the drainage pipe buried under the ground or under the floor shall be located in the inspection well. The bottom gauge shall be level with the flange of the inspection port, and the bottom surface shall have a slope of 5%, and the slope of the slope shall be toward the inspection port. Hooks or clamps on the drain pipe shall be fixed to the load-bearing structure. Fixing distance: The horizontal pipe shall not be more than 2m, and the riser shall not be more than 3m. The height of the floor is less than 4m, and the riser can be secured with one fixture. A pier shall be provided at the bend at the bottom of the riser.

The snorkel must not be connected to a duct or flue. It should be no less than 300mm above the roof. A drain pipe leading to the outside, when passing through the wall or the foundation must be lowered, a 45° tee and a 45° elbow joint are used, and a sweeping port should be provided at the top of the vertical pipe section. The drainage pipe from the indoor to the outdoor inspection well should be higher than the discharge pipe or the top of the two pipes, and have a water flow angle of not less than 90°. If the drop difference is greater than 300mm, it is not restricted by the angle. Drainage pipes that are concealed or buried shall be tested for irrigation before concealing, and the height of the irrigation shall not be lower than the height of the ground floor.

Second, sanitary ware installation

When sanitary ware is installed, the structural strength of the building cannot be affected due to construction, and the quality of the building should not be degraded due to the use of sanitary equipment.

If some pipes must pass through important components such as columns, beams, and seismic walls of buildings, the location of perforations should be reserved during the civil design and construction phases. Structural members shall not be arbitrarily hammered during decoration.

During the chiseling operation, it is forbidden to use a sledgehammer to strike, so as not to cause the vibration of the entire structure to cause the separation of the steel and the concrete.

Third, washbasin installation

The edge along the washbasin should be placed on the countertop, and the edge along the washbasin should be close to the bottom of the countertop. The height of the table is generally 800mm.

The washbasin is supported by the countertop member made of steel. The height of the washbasin support beam is measured before installing the washbasin. When installing the washbasin, the bottom of the basin can be leveled with Rubber Gasket, and the basin should be fixed at a limited position. There is a joint between the washbasin and the countertop, and the seam is sealed with a sealing paste, and no leakage around the mouth.

Fourth, wash basin water supply accessories installation

(1), the upper fitting faucet installation

The long neck faucet is directly screwed on the threaded pipe fitting of the water supply pipe, and the ordinary faucet can be connected with the external thread short pipe and the pipe clamp. The single cold water faucet is located on the center wall of the basin and is 200mm above the basin (1000mm from the ground). The center of the cold and hot water tap is 150mm. When the tube is installed, the hot water tap is 100mm above the cold water tap (1100mm from the ground).

When the concealed pipe is installed, the cold and hot water taps are flush, the cross-pipe height of the cold water feed water is 925 mm, and the horizontal height of the hot water feed pipe is 1075 mm. Install the washbasin with the matching faucet, and the faucet hole should be plugged with magnetic squeaky cover.

(2), the installation of the lower water supply angle

The angle valve installation height is 450mm, the cold water cross tube height is 350mm, and the hot water cross tube height 525mm diagonal installation must be vertical wall surface. The angle valve position and the faucet hole on the washbasin are on a vertical line.

When the position of the water supply pipe reserved for the wall is slightly deviated, the connecting copper pipe between the angle valve and the faucet can be bent into a B-bend, but the angle valve and the wall pipe must be aligned. The connecting pipe between the angle valve and the wall nozzle is connected by galvanized welded steel pipe, and the external thread at both ends of the connecting pipe is installed with an angle valve at one end and an internal threaded pipe member at the other end.

Connected with chrome-plated copper tube, one end of the chrome-plated copper tube is welded with the angle valve, and the other end of the water supply port is a threaded pipe clamp or an internal and external threaded joint, and the copper pipe is covered with a hemp (or rubber ring). And the packing gland, after the chrome-plated copper tube is inserted into the pipe joint, push the hemp hoop and mix the gland to make the pipe gap seal without leakage.

The angle valve and the faucet are connected by a metal hose, the rubber ring is filled in the lock nut, and the lock nut is tightened so that the joint has no leakage. The wall connected to the concealed pipe is connected to the root of the pipe and covered with a decorative cover. The decorative cover should be close to the wall.

(3), the lower matching type of pipe installation

The installation height of the cold water cross pipe is 250mm, and the height of the hot water branch pipe is 350mm. A shut-off valve is installed at a height of 450mm on the branch pipe connected to the washbasin faucet. The clear piping requires a good horizontalness of the horizontal pipe, and the vertical pipe connected to the faucet requires a good verticality.

(4), washbasin drainage accessories installed under the washbasin drain plug to install the trap


The “P” type trap outlet has a height of 400mm and is connected to the wall drain. The "S" type trap outlet is connected to the reserved drain pipe on the ground, and the center of the reserved drain is 70mm from the wall.

When the DN32 external threaded nozzle is reserved for the wall and the ground, the 20mm trap water outlet pipe above the wall and the ground is inserted into the drain pipe (insertion depth is about 40rum), and tightened with a gland nut with a rubber ring. On the drain pipe, the exterior decorative cover covers the wall and the ground. The washbasin is not installed under the washbasin drain plug, and the drain pipe is installed.

1 The horizontal height of the drainage pipe is 450mm, the pipe diameter is not less than DN50, and the minimum slope of the drainage pipe should be available.

2 Three-way and wire plugs should be installed at the beginning of the horizontal pipe.

3 The water trap outlet is connected to the wall and the ground nozzle without a decorative cover.

4 When the ordinary washbasin trap is connected with the mounted drain pipe, the trap water outlet pipe can be directly inserted into the drain pipe by 40 to 60 mm, and the pipe gap is filled with a hemp hoop or a rubber ring, and sealed with putty.

(5), seated toilet installation

1 toilet fixing

When the position of the toilet drain is reserved, the toilet should be positioned with the reserved drain. The center line of the toilet should be perpendicular to the wall. After the toilet is looking for leveling, draw the screw hole position and fix it according to the instructions.

The "S" toilet in the connection between the drain outlet and the drain outlet of the toilet is a dark interface on the ground. The drain port DN100 reserved on the ground should be 10mm above the ground (allowable deviation -5mm). The size of the drain pipe is determined by the size of the back wall.

The external "S" toilet is the ground interface, and the drainage port DN100 reserved on the ground should be 10mm above the ground (±5mm permissible deviation). Put a rubber seal on the drain nozzle, a plastic protective sleeve of DN120 and length 60mm, a toilet drain outlet, a rubber seal, and then fill the gap between the plastic protective sleeve and the rubber seal. Inlay sealing paste.

The outer "P" toilet is the ground interface, and the drain nozzle should be the DN100 socket. The toilet drain outlet is inserted into the drain pipe socket, and after gargle with the oil hemp rope, it is filled with a sealing paste. The height of the drain pipe and the distance from the wall are constructed according to the actual size of the external “P” toilet drain port of different models.

The sewage outlet of the one-piece toilet has a connecting flange, and the reserved drain pipe should be 20mm below the ground (±5mm of the allowable deviation). After the connecting flange is leveled, the draining pipe is leveled on the ground. Position the bolt hole of the flange, plant the wooden needle or plastic expansion tube, then put a putty in the drain hole of the drain pipe, bury the connecting flange hole on the oil ring, and use the countersunk head screw Φ5×40 fixed connection method Blue on the ground. The one-piece toilet is secured to the connecting flange, and the toilet seat is secured to the connecting flange by a rubber pad and two M10 bolts.

2 toilet tank installation

The wall-mounted low water tank should be positioned with the toilet center line. When the porcelain water tank is fixed to the wall with Φ6×75 wood screws, 20mm×20mm×30mm gaskets should be applied.

The water tank is installed, the water tank is seated on the toilet, and the flushing port and the connecting screw hole are found. The gap between the water tank and the wall should be even, not more than 20mm. The rubber gasket between the water tank and the toilet should be flat. After tightening the flushing column, the water between the water tank and the toilet is leaked. If leakage is found, apply the putty to smooth the magnetic surface contacted by the rubber sheet and dry again. Fasten. After the flushing bolts are tightened, connect the two connecting bolts on both sides of the flushing port. The accessories in the box can only be installed after the water tank is fixed.

3 water supply accessories installation

When the water tank float valve is installed, the height of the regulation water level should be slightly lower than that of the watering pipe, and the lifting activity should be unobstructed.

The overflow pipe is installed vertically and must not be tilted.

The drain valve flap is in the correct position, the opening and closing is flexible, and the handle and lever are light and loose.

The length of the drawstring of the drain valve flap is appropriate.

The connection between the accessories in the box and the wall of the box and the bottom of the box shall be strictly leak-free.

The flushing water pipe connection between the low water tank and the toilet in the wall shall be accurately measured for the horizontal and height dimensions, and the flushing pipe shall be cut off. When tightening the cap nut at both ends of the flushing pipe, the flushing pipe should be vertical and straight, and there is no leakage at the joint.

4 tank water supply angle valve installation

The reserved water supply port should be positioned according to the different models of the water tank, and should be at the vertical position of the water inlet of the water tank. The angle valve should be perpendicular to the wall. If there is a deviation in the reserved water supply port, the angle valve and the water tank can be connected by a B-bend. The connection between the angle valve and the water supply port in the wall is galvanized welded steel pipe and chrome-plated copper pipe.

Angle valve position size: The angle valve is watered at the bottom of the tank. It has a height of 250mm and is 130, 156 and 165mm from the center of the tank.

The support type toilet seat angle valve has a height of 100mm from the center of the water tank to the left 165mm, 180mm.

5 automatic flush valve installation

For the water supply pipe, the straight valve is used, the anti-fouling device is installed under the vertical, and the water supply port should be connected to the flushing valve and the anti-fouling device at a height of 1000mm. The bottom of the anti-fouling device is 685mm high, and the flushing pipe is connected below.

If the water supply pipe is concealed, the angle flushing valve should be used. The height of the water supply port is 776mm, and the anti-fouling device is connected to the flushing pipe under the flushing valve. The flushing pipe should be installed vertically and without leakage.

(6), hanging bucket urinal installation

Ear plates with holes on both sides are fixed to the wall with expansion bolts.

When multiple bucket urinals are installed in groups, the height and spacing should be the same.

The bucket type urinal uses the "S" shape trap, the drain port is on the vertical line of the urinal center, the drain port is the DN32 external thread nozzle, 20mm above the ground, and the center of the tube is 35mm from the wall.

If the trap is selected from the ceramic bottle type; the reserved hole on the ground should be the socket of the cast iron socket drain pipe, the center of the nozzle is 70mm from the wall, and the nozzle plane is lower than the ground.

Hanging bucket urinal trap installation

When chrome-plated copper is used, the water-filled water pipe is inserted into the ground pipe, and the gland nut with the rubber ring pad is tightly closed, and a decorative cover is added.

When the plastic trap is used for the trap, the connection between the trap and the ground nozzle can be tightly closed with a plastic gasket with a rubber ring. Or fill the seal with a hemp hoop and putty in the tube gap of the insertion tube.

The trap is made of ceramic bottle type, and the trap water outlet pipe is inserted into the ground socket and then smashed with oily hemp rope, and the putty is wiped.

The trap is connected to the urinal drain, and the gap between the bell mouth and the drain port is filled with putty paste.

(7), floor drain installation

At the lowest point of the floor of the room, the top surface of the rafter is 5mm below the ground.

In order to properly control the elevation, floor drains should be installed during the construction of indoor floor tiles. After the floor drain is installed, it is sealed to prevent construction waste from entering the drain pipe. The floor drain tweezers should be removed and kept in the garment for inspection and acceptance to prevent loss.
